What are your hours?We are open Mon-Sat 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Do you handle transfers?Yes, $25 for FFL transfers and $75 for NFA transfers.

Do you have a shooting range?Yes, the Lubbock Shooting Complex is our gun range. It is located at 1475 County Road 1 Lubbock TX, 79423.

Do you offer layaway on gun purchases?Yes, our layaway policy is 50% down, 75% paid off within thirty days, and 100% paid off within 60 days. All failed layaways will incur a 25% re-stocking fee, the remainder of the money will be refunded to the customer.

Do you offer gunsmithing services?Yes, we have a part-time in-shop gunsmith.

Do you buy/trade guns?We do buy and trade used guns. However, we will need to inspect the firearm in the shop before we can make an offer. Please bring your unloaded firearm into the store and ask one of our associates for help.

Can you run my background to see if I pass?We only run background checks on customers purchasing a firearm.

How long will it take to get my NFA tax stamp back?As of 07/23/2019, we are seeing 11 to 12 months for processing. However, that changes frequently, for a more accurate time table visit https://www.silencershop.com/atf-wait-times

How will I know if my tax stamp has been cashed?Login to your Silencer Shop profile and view my orders tab.

How will I know when I can pick up my NFA item?We will call you when your item is ready to be picked up.
